  Once the final plan and estimate have been approved, we can begin prepping for construction. We’ll get you on the construction schedule, call in utility locates and begin ordering plant and hard good materials. The set up and planning process is a very important part of what we do. Our experienced foreman will layout the plan onsite and begin work on tear out, grading, drainage and other foundation elements such as patios and walls.

   

  After the hardscapes have been installed, we can continue with technical elements like plumbing, electrical, low voltage landscape lighting, and irrigation. We work hand in hand with a variety of trades to ensure a professional and seamless installation of these detail oriented items.

   

  The final touches really bring the space together. When we add topsoil, plants, mulch and sod, the overall vision can be seen. The lush plants and stunning stone work complement each other and create a space you and your family will appreciate over and over again. A final walk through with the owner, will ensure every aspect of the project is completed to your satisfaction as per the design. Final payment will be due at this time.
